If we were to rent until the say we say bye-bye, the only person getting richer is the house owner. He is the only one who will use our rental money to go for holidays. For seasoned property investors, this may not be the best event for you but for the majority of Malaysians, I think it’s best to keep learning. Buying a property is most likely the largest purchase we would ever make in our lives.
