Why Kopi
Kopi is Malaysian word for coffee. It means I love being a Malaysian and I love kopi. My number one favourite remains to be a cup of balanced latte. Stronger coffee compared to the milk is ok but not the other way. The best would still be good beans and the right mix of milk. A balanced cup, that’s my cup of perfect latte.
And Property
Property is something interesting to me. It can be a long-term investment or a short-term speculation. It can be the best decision or the worst investment option. I hope to share my little experience with those who wants to have a cup of good coffee and a dose of investment in property or even properties.

Most of the time, the writer is the Founder, Charles Tan but occasionally by some industry friends too. Charles is also an International Sales Trainer and has trained sales and customer service professionals in Hong Kong, Singapore, Thailand, The Philippines and Indonesia.
