Kuala Lumpur, Nov 30, 2022 – CPI Land marked another milestone today as the boutique developer bagged two awards at the 9th PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards Malaysia, winning in the category of Best Boutique Developer and the People’s Choice Award.

The boutique developer’s overall track record in the past 12 months include the handover of its 4th project Kerian Links in Taman Rainbow in December 2021, a take up rate of 98% for its 5th project, Dian Residency, and the official launch of its 6th project, Tuan 2egacy, in Q4 of 2021 which was 100% sold within 6 months of launch.
