Conezion Residences received overwhelming response

A colleague bought her first home a few months ago. It was Conezion Residences at IOI Resort City. She asked for my opinion. I told her, it’s a safe buy. Whether it will give her huge capital appreciation or not would depend on the overall success of IOI Resort City as well as the general property market sentiment. At this moment, the negative is definitely more negative than positive. Well, I think she is happy to note that many people do agree with her choice.
