These days, nearly every advertisement about a new launch would mention the MRT. Must we buy next to the MRT stations? Is it true that appreciation will be higher for developments nearby MRT as opposed to those which are 5 minutes drive away? What about further places without MRT stations within a 15-minute drive? By the way, I am not affiliated to iProperty.com.my or any other property sites yeah. I will only represent myself and not any developers during this talk yeah. Thus, my thoughts may not be applicable to all but let’s learn together. The more we share, we the more we learn yeah. Looking forward to meeting you.
