Last Friday, I was at the Prestigious Developers Awards 2016 organised by Property Insight at the Shangri-la Hotel Kuala Lumpur. When I arrived at the main ballroom, there were already lots of developers, all dressed to their best and I think the atmosphere was positive. Perhaps some of them already know that they won awards? Actually these days, selling is not as easy as previously. Thus, many developers would try to be the best in what they offer. Awards do help to project some additional prestige to that development. Buyers would definitely love to declare to their friends that they bought an award-winning project. The full list of winners as follows:
Besides just the development awards, do refer the full list of all other award winners for the night.

Happy browsing the projects associated with these winners and choosing the ones best suited to what we intend to buy. Award winners are not automatic successful buys. Evaluate what we buy as usual but we can add some additional points since these developers are award winners. I would not recommend anyone to just buy every award winning project. Cheers.
