Proptech: Surviving or Thriving in the Malaysian property Industry?

Remember the days when all the property developers launch their projects by advertising only in newspaper? Those days have passed. These days, beyond just advertising online, the proptech is an important determinant of the the success of any new project launch. From the ability to view the projects even without dropping by the gallery to selecting the unit using a phone app and even checking out loan pre-approvals, proptech is now affecting the whole buying process. Let’s understand what has happened and what will be happening in the upcoming Property Outlook for 2020 and beyond talk show.

What happens when three good friends and all experts in their own field sit down and share their thoughts? Awesomeness to the max and great learnings for all listeners, including me.

We have Mr Chris Tan, a corporate real estate lawyer and Ms Elizabbeth Siew, the president of Malaysia Proptech Association to talk about the emergence of Property Technology and how it has changed the buying behavior of homebuyers. Mr Chuah Huai Jie, the CEO of ProSales is the moderator of this talk entitled, “PropTech: Surviving or Thriving in the Malaysian Property Industry?”
