Media Release: PropertyGuru Malaysia Bags Two Awards at the 2022 Putra Aria Brand Awards
KUALA LUMPUR, 25 January 2023 – At the recent inaugural 2022 Putra Aria Brand Awards, PropertyGuru.com.my and iProperty.com.my won a bronze and silver award, respectively, in the Property Development category. The accolades, measured by Malaysian consumer preferences, are a testament to the commitment of both platforms to help buyers, renters and investors make confident property decisions.
The award marks the second consecutive year both platforms have received premier brand recognition following their bronze award win at the 2021 Putra Brand Awards. PropertyGuru.com.my and iProperty.com.my are part of PropertyGuru Group (NYSE: PGRU), Southeast Asia’s leading property technology company.

The Putra Aria Brand Awards is an annual award ceremony highlighting branding efforts across all industries. They were established in 2022 by the Association of Accredited Advertising Agents Malaysia (4As). The awards surveys over 25,000 respondents in Malaysia to determine consumers’ preferred brands across 24 different products and service
categories.
