Exciting New Launches at the City of Elmina Carnival

SHAH ALAM, 28 June 2018 – Sime Darby Property will be hosting its much anticipated carnival at the City of Elmina in conjunction with the launch of a new phase in Elmina Green, one of the bestselling residential products in Elmina West, and Semanea Hills, the last landed masterpiece in Denai Alam. The launch carnival, on 30 June 2018 (Saturday), will be for 3 different products catering to the diverse needs and expectations of its customers, along with a myriad of activities tailored for adults and kids.
The award-winning City of Elmina comprises several townships including Denai Alam, Bukit Subang, Elmina East and Elmina West. A key design feature in City of Elmina is the Elmina Central Park, located in the most prime area within Elmina West and connected to the Subang Lake Dam Forest Reserve. The Elmina Central Park is also 30% larger than the Lake Gardens in Kuala Lumpur.

Prices start from RM792,850* for the superlink homes and RM1,442,360* for the semi-detached homes.
