20th anniversary, thus 20 percent discount!

20 percent discount for new property developments in Kuching? Okay, not every single one of them but only for one developer which is celebrating it’s 20th anniversary. Naim Group of Companies (Naim) is offering once-in-a-lifetime discounts of up to 20 per cent for selected property units until Nov 5 to mark its 20th anniversary. The discounts are applicable for selected units in Kuching Paragon, Bandar Baru Permyjaya, Miri and Bintulu Paragon. Before everyone now shouting, how could this be when the typical net margin for the listed developers are below 20 percent? Well, it’s applicable for selected units and if there are more interest compared to offered units, balloting would be done.
Just logon to the respective development’s websites for registration before 5th November. According to the developer, they have received an overwhelming response ever since the news of this unbelievable discount went out. It’s the first time they are doing this in conjunction with their 20th anniversary. For a further breakdown of this discount, the maximum 20 percent discount is for cash buyers while non-cash buyers would be getting up to 10 percent discount. Both are subjected to further terms and conditions. The results for the promotion would be announced on Nov 14.
I think one of Naim’s most prominent project currently would have to be the Kuching Paragon condominium project Sapphire On The Park. This project is expected to be completed in 2017 and it has a 50-metre Olympic-sizes SALTWATER pool. Yes, it’s saltwater. I think the buoyancy level is definitely better too and if you are a competitive swimmer, it meant faster times. The condo has a facilities floor which besides the pool includes a function room, indoor gym, sauna, barbecue pit and open lounge too. The size of the facilities floor is nearly two acres; 72,000 sq ft.
For those who are interested, do google for their projects, visit the site or call them about it. No harm knowing more. As for my personal intention, I think I better get ready some cash for their 30th anniversary in future. 🙂
