Did you know where is Kwasa Damansara? Well, take a look at the image below. Image source: http://www.kwasadamansara.com.my/ Actually, it’s quite a strategic place but of course this is considered a suburb area as well. Did you know Kwasa Land is the developer tasked to develop Kwasa Damansara? Did you know EPF owns Kwasa Land? By the way, the more successful Kwasa Land is, then the profits could form part of the dividends to be paid to EPF members. That includes me as well. This is why I must write about this upcoming residential project in Kwasa Damansara.

Article in nst.com.my This 5.14 hectares development in the Kwasa Damansara township have 1.5 storey townhouses and three-storey landed terrace houses enclaved within a lush green space. YTL Corp executive director Yeoh Keong Yuan said, “Residents will be able to enjoy open, spacious living spaces and be connected outdoors with the stunning views of the surrounding parks and venture out to explore well-landscaped walking trails and jogging paths.” Do read the full article for more information: Article in nst.com.my

Buy in Kwasa Damansara and working in Kuala Lumpur city centre?

Distance wise and duration wise. Google map has the information. I think it’s good enough even if during peak hours, we may have some traffic jams.

If you do not run, do you need a home where they have a park with nice jogging tracks?

Frankly, even if I do not run everyday, I still want a very nice jogging track around my home so that I could use it whenever I want to. I could use it for walking maybe? It feels nice that I could walk to a park nearby my home and just take some nice photos to show my friends too. Let’s not forget that this could be a place for family bonding time too. This is lifestyle and it’s no longer enough to have one field of green grass and nothing else these days. This will continue to be important even if it will cost money to build and maintain.
