Will Property Prices REALLY rise in 2022? (more slides!)

Will Property Prices REALLY rise in 2022? Does it also depend on who you ask?

Anyone selling you a property will definitely tell you that property prices will always rise no matter what happens. Anyone intending to buy cheaper property will tell you that the property market is about to collapse and thus prices will drop. If you are attending a property investment course… guess what the trainer will tell you?

What happens if the speaker is NOT from the developer, NOT a real estate agent and NOT running any property investment course then? What will he be sharing then? Of yeah, he does not have any property to sell too. He intends to keep his properties unless buyers are willing to pay his asking price which is definitely slightly higher than the market price. Oops… 🙂
