Many people have told me they needed a haircut. Some just want to buy new clothes (never mind if just wear at home). For some people whose close relatives are getting married, they may just want to buy some gold jewellery for them. To all these people, it’s possible to do so starting 16th August. It has been announced that these shops and more are now allowed to open for all states under all Phases, even Phase 1.

Phase 2 – More shops can open
Meanwhile, for states under Phase 2, the below image is applicable. Photography shops (take new photos for business), used-goods shop, plant nurseries (gardening at home!) and even shops selling perfumes. I am sure many people want to smell nice too.
Construction and Manufacturing
Meanwhile Construction and Manufacturing can continue for all phases. As for the operational capacity, it will really depend on the vaccination percentage of the workers. Do take a look at the image below. Self-explanatory yeah. These shops need to display the worker vaccination statuses outside the shop to all potential customers.
Parks visit now possible
Yes, it’s possible to visit the parks too. On a personal note basis, please remember to just be very wary of the number of people yeah. No pint in endangering yourself and others even if you are already fully vaccinated yeah. By the way, it’s not simply visiting ANY parks yeah. You can visit the nearby ones for now. Do not get fined just because you want to go to a bigger one in another district…
