I think this is the first time I am speaking in Kota Kinabalu. I love Kota Kinabalu and has been travelling there at least once a year ever since I married my Sabahan wife. She’s from Sandakan. The event that I will be speaking in is Home Ownership Campaign Expo 2019 organised by Shareda and Property Hunter. The venue is Dewan Foo Chow and my topic for this talk is aimed at first-time home buyers but the content is very good even for property investors. “10 things a first-time home buyer must know.” Some of the topics within the talk include: ‘Is a property bubble coming?’ ‘How much will property prices be dropping?’ ‘Is Malaysia facing a recession in 2019?’ and more… The banner as below for reference.
Earlier article on this event here: Sabah: Home Ownership Campaign 2019: (Do not miss this) Besides me, there are many other good sharing which I think is great since all these people are speaking to you without charging a single cent. In fact this one looks very interesting to me. “Why should you invest in a house before turning 30?” by Mr. Chew Sang Hai, President of Shareda. Truth is, the earlier we start the better it will be but without any doubt, it’s worth nothing that to start is better than not to start at all. Many may argue that property investment may not yield high capital appreciation but when we look at the property price trends, we will have to agree that it is a good hedge against inflation; depreciation of the value of our money. See you all.

Next suggested article: KKIA’s too popular. Expansion is necessary, whichever way it may be decided.
