We love Penang food. We love the sun, the sea and the relaxation with an island. It’s even a UNESCO Heritage City, so we are virtually living in a city with a great past and potentially an awesome future. How about getting a property there? Where? How? When? What? Property investment is everything about learning and buying. Obviously, the learning must come before the buying. Else it is purely speculating. That question of what’s the best area to buy should never be asked to friends whom you may not want to trust your hundreds of thousands of ringgit with.
