1,202 units of PR1MA in Kajang, to be completed in 36 months

Another good news on affordable units by private developer and PR1MA. MKH Bhd and PR1MA Corp will be jointly undertaking a mixed development project in Kajang with a gross development value of RM464 million. Do you qualify for one? Are there options to choose? Take a look at some of them here. http://www.pr1ma.my  One can also apply too if we meet the qualifying criteria. The project would be for a 1,202 units of stratified residential units (apartment, I believe). There will also be a commercial units too. I think the commercial units would be open for everyone and typically helps the profit numbers a bit.
kajang-to-klccMKH Bhd, in their filing with Bursa Malaysia said that PR1MA had allowed its unit Metro KL City Sdn Bhd to develop 1,202 units of stratified residential units together with commercial area on PR1MA’s freehold land over four years. Metro KL will have a 70 percent share of profit and cost and is expected to make an initial capital and investment outlay of RM38mil, to be incurred for start-up costs and preliminary works. Once all the conditions for the joint development agreement is fulfilled, the project will be completed within 36 months. Location is pretty strategic in the sense that it’s nearby public transport. It is near the existing Kajang commuter train station and is linked to Kajang MRT station which is under construction. It is also near to New Era University College, primary and secondary schools, banks, eateries, shopping complex, and hospitals (within 1km to 2km radius).
Based on google map, if one were to drive, it’s around 40km and duration is around 48 minutes. Of course, to those working nearby KLCC, driving would not be the only choice available. Perhaps MRT may be a better option in the future, when it’s completed. Another potential option is now available. Will keep following this news since it’s an affordable one. I seriously do believe everyone should have a roof over their head which they own when they retire. Remember, we can always rent in the future, when we are retired and does not need to be staying nearby our working place. Cheers.
