Frankly, if there are any property fairs which are just a collection of booths and absolutely nothing else, it may not be productive to drop by. The reason is because a few of these are happening every month. Just go to your local hypermarket and there would also be a few developers setting up their booths every weekend if not everyday. That’s why I think all these organisers must really do more. Beyond just the sales people, please invite some prominent speakers who is going to share more and well, we can ask them lots of tough questions too. Win-Win for visitors right. Get to ask tough questions and get to seewhat’savailable in the property market; benchmarking could bedone instantly. There’s one in a couple of months which I think would be worth our time to drop by. It is in Kota Kinabalu @ The Magellan Sutera Resort. It is organised by East Malaysia’s leading property site, propertyhunter.com.my They have a lot of listings too if you are searching for properties to buy. In fact they publish an informative magazine every month as well. Read it here.
