Besides me, there will also be other relevant talks which will help us in our property investment journey too. One of the speaker is flying in all the way from Singapore too. I believe he has lots of confidence with our property market too. Third and more importantly, know what are the available properties in the market. I think this is the easiest to compare them side by side instead of going to a few galleries which will take up a lot of our precious time.
