Iringan Bayu is OSK Property’s latest new development in Negeri Sembilan. This is a 308ha development and is located along the Seremban-Port Dickson trunk road. This development would be completed over the next 10 years. OSK Group executive chairman Tan Sri Ong Leong Huat shared,“Iringan Bayu will be an ideal township envisioned with a country living concept and where residents can enjoy suburban serenity with urban design and comfort.” Phase one is known as Pastura and there are a total of 221 units of 20ft by 60ft double-storey terrace houses. The layout of these four-bedroom-four-bath units, to cost RM435,000 onwards, would range from 1,997sq ft to 2,020sq ft. Bumiputra lots would cost from RM390,000. Construction of these units would be completed within 2 years.
OSK Property Holdings Chief Executive Officer Mr. Ong Ghee Bin also shared that the most popular units are corner units as it’s limited and with very competitive price given the reasonably spacious extra garden that families can utilise for multiple purposes. He shared that when it comes to size, units in Pastura are fully extended to maximise use of space for functional and practical layout. In terms of the demographics of buyers, Ong shared that there were a number of small families who bought Iringan Bayu. He said, “This is in line with our target as well because the township is thoughtfully built for budding families creating a healthy environment for their growth. During the launch, most of the buyers were interested to find out about overall township concept and differentiation factor, size and as well as package.” Ong further shared that Pastura has seen a good balance of locals and even professionals who work in KL but moving to Seremban too.
In terms of accessibility, Iringan Bayu is accessible via the North-South Expressway, Kajang-Seremban Expressway and the Elite Highway. Besides that, the upcoming construction of the KL-Singapore high speed railway with the station located a short distance away in Labu will be another advantage too.
