Eco World will be developing a new development called Eco Ardence with a joint venture partner, Cascara Sdn Bhd. It is within a plot of land near Bandar Setia Alam. Size of the land is 533.93 acre and there are 10 phases which will be developed over the next eight years. Total gross development value (GDV) is RM8.58 billion. Besides Bandar Setia Alam, the other major ongoing projects near the land are Bandar Bukit Raja and Setia Eco Park. Its partner, Cascara Sdn Bhd is a private company owned by Bustari and his brother Ahmadi Yusoff. Bustari is a low-profile businessman from Sarawak who controls Petra Energy Bhd, an oil and gas company.
Tan Sri Liew Kee Sin said, “Based on the initial plans that the development team has come up with, I am confident that Eco Ardence will be very well-received by our followers in the Klang Valley and will set new benchmarks for the group in our continual quest of ‘Creating Tomorrow and Beyond.” The construction of Eco Ardence would start in the first quarter of 2017. With this new development, Eco World’s cumulative GDV of all its Malaysian projects is close to RM80bil. It’s important to note that this development would have a good mix of luxurious and affordable landed homes for upgraders and there will also be innovative apartments and well-conceptualised integrated commercial units which suit the lifestyle needs of younger homeowners.
If we are working in Kuala Lumpur city centre, Bandar Setia Alam is 35-40 minutes of drive away and the distance is around 39km. (As per google map). I think this is one reason why I have many colleagues who are staying in Shah Alam or Klang and travelling to and fro daily. In fact I just got to know that two more of my colleagues are moving to Semenyih once they get the keys to their units. Yes, it’s built by Eco World too. No prices have been revealed yet but I have just registered so that I would also get the news once its announced. Happy waiting.
