MRT 3 Circle Line. Where are all the stations really?
We do know that it has received the go-ahead by the cabinet. Here’s the earlier article: MRT 3 aka Circle line has been approved Remember to read the article in full to understand how I look at huge infrastructure project these days. Do not make any decision hastily unless it’s not just approved but also constructed halfway for example. By then, it’s not possible to change…
Anyway, it’s really not possible to find any official info on all the stations. All alignments are merely speculative unless confirmed yeah. Here’s one speculative one. Just need to remember that the official one needs to come from the MRT Corp yeah. The below one is from an article in The Star. Here’s the source: MRT Tender to Go Out in August
As for all the stations within the MRT 3, they are as follows:

#2 – INTAN Station
#3 – Sri Hartamas Station

#16 – Taman Perdana Station
#17 – Pandan Perdana Station

Yes, as soon as that official one is out, will publish here too
I do not own any properties along the MRT 3 Circle Line. Not so sure if I would be buying any but I am very sure many would start to tout their projects to be Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) as soon as it’s confirmed that their projects are within a short distance away from any stations along the way. In the mean time, make decisions based on the rental one can get and not some speculative price that the property could go up to. Property investment can be an investment for a long time or can be a risky gamble. Choice is ours to make. Cheers.
